About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the window cleaning services provided by Ted's Windows ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Our services

We provide recurring window cleaning services on a schedule agreed at the time of booking. We will make every effort to attend on the agreed date, but we reserve the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside our control. Where rescheduling is necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative date.

Bookings

All bookings are made online through our website. By completing a booking you confirm that you are authorised to grant access to the property and that the details you have provided are accurate. Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a confirmation by email.

Payment

Payment is collected on a recurring basis via GoCardless. By booking our services you authorise us to collect payment automatically on the agreed schedule. All prices are stated at the time of booking and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice.

Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your recurring service at any time by giving us four weeks' written notice by email to hello@tedswindows.com. Any cleans carried out during the notice period will be charged at the usual rate. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your service if payment is not received, if safe access to the property cannot be arranged, or if these terms are breached.

Access to property

You agree to ensure safe and reasonable access to the property on the agreed service date. If we are unable to access the property without prior notice from you, a visit charge may apply.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we take care to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no warranties as to its completeness, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. Nothing in these terms will limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. As long as our website and its content are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from your use of it.
